Passar a Ferro :: Ironing

I’ve got a new iron. It’s a Morphy Richards model with lots of bells and whistles and I managed to buy it for less than half price (oh how I love the internet). I know you told me to buy Rowenta but my previous iron – which was meant to be great – was by Rowenta and only lasted for three years. But what’s the reason of all this talk about irons, you may ask? Actually, one of the secrets of a well-made item is to iron all the seams, which means that, without an iron, I can’t work.

    My Rowenta is maybe 15 yrs old. I had the heating element replaced 10 yrs ago and haven't had a problem with it since. Clearly, they're not making them like they used to! I'm glad you found an iron you like (and at such a great price). I hope it serves you well for years to come. Happy pressing!
