Bolota :: Acorn

A friend of mine wanted to give a toy to a 2-year-old child and asked me to make it. We fliped through some books and magazines and ended up choosing the acorn in Sew Hip‘s issue 3. Tiago says it looks like the bad result of a good relationship between a mushroom and a Portuguese roll and I reckon it’s a rather bizarre acorn… nevertheless, I hope its smile and the bell I placed inside will be enough to prevent it for living inside a drawer.

    Your styled photos (this one, the roses, I’m only getting acquainted with your blog) are simply gorgeous. You have a real gift for it!

    Thank you for posting in both languages, it’s a treat to see both. I love to learn. 🙂
